Famous Breaks

Amen Break: The most iconic breakbeat, originally from "Amen, Brother" by The Winstons. It's widely used in both jungle and breakcore for its versatility and syncopation.

Think Break: From "Think (About It)" by Lyn Collins. Known for its fast, sharp snares and open hi-hat, it's a staple in jungle and breakcore.

Funky Drummer: From James Brown's "Funky Drummer." The tight, funky groove is popular for its distinct snare and kick pattern.

Apache Break: From "Apache" by The Incredible Bongo Band. It has a rolling rhythm that fits well in fast-paced, complex breakcore tracks.

Hot Pants Break: From "Hot Pants" by Bobby Byrd. Its fast, snappy snares are often used to add layers of rhythmic complexity.

Soul Pride Break: From "Soul Pride" by James Brown. It's another favorite for jungle and breakcore due to its syncopated, bouncy rhythm.

Scorpio Break: From "Scorpio" by Dennis Coffey. Its gritty, driving groove adds intensity and pace to breakcore tracks.
